Ready-to-Wear & Non-Personalised Items (Excluding Earrings)

You may return or exchange these items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

Custom-Made & Personalised Items

Returns and exchanges are not accepted on custom-made or personalised items.
