Shipping & Returns Policy


Within Australia 

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $120AUD (3–5 business days)
  • Complimentary Express Shipping on orders over $300AUD (1–2 business days)

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking included.

  • Orders under $300 AUD are sent without signature on delivery.
  • Orders over $300 AUD will require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping 

Enjoy complimentary express shipping on all international orders over $300 AUD.

For orders under $300 AUD, a flat shipping rate applies:

  • New Zealand – $10 AUD
  • United States – $15 AUD
  • Rest of World – $20 AUD

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express with full tracking.
Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days

All shipments will require a signature on delivery unless otherwise requested via DHL On Demand. 

You can track your DHL Express delivery here with you 10 digit waybill number.

 

International Duties & Taxes - U.S.A

If you are located in the U.S., please refer to our dedicated U.S. Shipping Policy & Tariffs page for detailed information on what to expect regarding your import duties and tariffs. 

International Duties & Taxes - Rest of World

All international orders (outside Australia) are shipped DTU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid). This means that any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes are not included in the purchase price.

Buyers are responsible for covering these fees as determined by their local customs authority.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for an estimate or contacting us at info@lovestoryatelier.com if you’d us to provide you with an estimate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate at checkout.
Love Story Atelier is not responsible for delivery errors resulting from incorrect address input.

If you spot a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@lovestoryatelier.com. We’ll do our best to update your address before dispatch.

Change of address requests after dispatch are not guaranteed and will be treated as requests only.

Dispatch Timelines

  • Ready-to-wear pieces are typically dispatched within 3 business days.
    For personalised items, please refer to the estimated timeline listed on the product page.
  • Our standard lead time for custom veils is 6–8 weeks.
