Shipping & Returns
All orders will be processed from Brisbane, Australia within 3 business days, excluding public holidays or office closures as communicated in the banner on our homepage.
A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch and further updates may be provided directly from the carrier.
Please contact us for any orders that are time-sensitive, and we will do our best to dispatch your order with priority.
Orders Within Australia
We provide free standard delivery (3-5 business days) for all Australian orders.
For orders over $300 AUD, we provide a complementary express shipping upgrade (1-2 business days).
For orders under $300 AUD, express shipping (1-2 business days) is $5.00.
All domestic deliveries are shipped through Australia Post and include tracking. Should you require a signature upon delivery please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

For orders under $300 AUD, international express shipping is $15.00 AUD to New Zealand and $25.00 AUD to the rest of the world.
International express shipping is complementary on all orders over $300 AUD.
All international deliveries are shipped through DHL Express and include tracking. The estimated transit time is 1-5 business days. All shipments will require a signature on delivery unless otherwise requested via DHL On Demand.

International Duties & Taxes
International customers (outside Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by their local Customs authority.
All international packages are shipped DTU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website.
We recommend contacting your country's customs office for estimated charges.
It's important to double-check and ensure the information provided during checkout is accurate.
Love Story Atelier cannot be held responsible for incorrect deliveries caused by input errors. If you do notice an input error after checking out, please email us ASAP at email@example.com and we will endeavor to correct this prior to dispatch.
All change of address requests after dispatch will be a request only and cannot be guaranteed.
For hygiene purposes, unfortunately we are unable to offer returns.
However, we want to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your order so if you have any concerns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our packaging is aligned in its simplicity to ensure your delivery has the smallest impact possible on the environment.
Our cards are printed on linen card-stock. We use acid-free tissue paper, biodegradable tape, bags, and boxes. Our shipping labels are biodegradable, and our packaging is largely unbranded with intent for reusability.
Please help us follow through these considerations by reusing, composting, or recycling your packaging.
